As the owner and operator of UBS Builders Donald offers over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial building. With experience as a Construction Business Owner, a Project Supervisor/Manager and Building Inspector, Donald has a varied and thorough perspective on job site management and safety. This varied experience provides a unique and in depth insight into project development, building construction and project management which he offers to clients.

Charles DiFalco

Charles is a lifelong local East End resident and grew up working in the high-end custom residential home building industry. After graduating with Honors from Towson University, Charles joined a large Philadelphia based construction firm where he quickly climbed the ranks as a Project Supervisor. After refocusing his passion for custom residential construction Charles joined a leading Hamptons and New York City based custom home builder as Senior Project Manager.

For a decade Charles was instrumental in the New York City operations where his effective leadership, experience and calm demeanor enabled him to develop relationships with many of the leading architectural, design and engineering firms in the country. Charles shares executive and operation responsibilities with his partner Donald and collectively oversees all UBS Builders projects to ensure his clients benefit from his ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while always prioritizing their best interests.
